| Description |
This study was conducted in low income urban households around Gauteng, with the aim of assisting government in identifying the intervention potential for low smoke fuels in the coal distribution chain. - for example, by ensuring that low smoke fuels are economically competitive when introduced into the household market. Introduction of LSF is seen to be an important intervention in reducing the health and environmental impacts of coal use in poor communities. |
